Build. ("Build.", "we", "us") operates build.futuremindsai.online (the "Site") and provides website design, Google Business Profile management and SEO/AEO/GEO services (the "Services"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, business name, industry, and any details you submit through our forms, by phone or by email.
Collected automatically: this Site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which records the page address, the referring page, and coarse device information such as browser, operating system and country, for each page view. It is cookieless and stores nothing on your device. Your IP address is used only transiently, to derive the country, and is not retained by us. We cannot identify you from this data. 2. How we use your information
To respond to enquiries and prepare free previews; to deliver, maintain and bill for the Services; to communicate about your project or account; to improve the Site and Services; and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-party services
We share information with providers who help us operate. They may only use it to perform services on our behalf, and we do not sell your personal information. The providers involved in running this Site are:
- Vercel Inc. — hosting and Web Analytics. All traffic to the Site passes through their infrastructure, and the analytics described in section 1 are collected there.
- Google — the Site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which may process your IP address as part of delivering those files.
- Your mail provider — if you submit the contact form, the details you enter are sent from our own server to our inbox by email. If sending is unavailable the form falls back to opening your own email client instead, in which case nothing passes through us at all.
- Google Sheets — where enabled, form submissions are also recorded as a row in a private spreadsheet we control, so enquiries are not lost in an inbox. The same details, nothing extra.
4. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, respond to enquiries and meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. You may request deletion at any time.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
US residents: depending on your state you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, request its deletion, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
UK / EU residents: you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing, under UK GDPR / EU GDPR.

7. Children's privacy
Our Services are directed at business owners and are not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. International transfers
Build. operates from the United States. If you are located elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.
