What does Build. actually do?
Build. designs and builds your website, manages your Google Business Profile, and runs your SEO, AEO and GEO as one monthly service. Setup starts at €299 plus €49 a month, with no long-term contract, and you own the site and domain whether you stay or not.
Small businesses are priced out of being findable.
Irish web design is priced for companies with a marketing budget. A plumber in Athlone quoted €3,000 for a website does not buy a website — they stay on a Facebook page and a phone number, and lose the customers who searched at 11pm and found somebody else.
The reason agencies quote that much for small jobs is not greed. It is that scoping, proposing and negotiating a €700 project costs almost as much as delivering it. Remove the quote — publish three fixed plans and stand behind them — and the work becomes possible to do at a price a small business can actually pay.
123 industries, looked at one at a time.
Before selling anything we wrote up 123 industries across 13 sectors: the digital problems each one actually has, the kind of site it needs, and the search terms its customers use. 367 search phrases, mapped to trades.
It is published in full on this site rather than kept as a sales tool, because it is the fastest way to show we understand a sector before the first call — and because a business should be able to check whether we do.
What we will not do.
No long-term contracts
Cancel any month. If the service stops being worth paying for, it should be easy to stop paying for it.
No holding your site hostage
You own the website and the domain. If you leave, we help you move the hosting.
No guaranteed rankings
Nobody controls Google. Anyone guaranteeing position one is guessing or lying, and we would rather say so.
No hidden fees
Every price is on the pricing page. Domain registration, roughly €15–30 a year, is the only cost not included.
No account managers
You deal with the person doing the work. At this size that is a feature, not a limitation we are apologising for.
No invented social proof
We are new and have not manufactured testimonials to hide it. When there are real client results they will appear here, with names attached.
