Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of build.futuremindsai.online and any website design, Google Business Profile management or SEO/AEO/GEO services provided by Build. By engaging our Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Build. designs and builds websites, manages Google Business Profiles, and performs search engine optimization (SEO), answer engine optimization (AEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO), as described on our Pricing page and agreed with each client individually.

2. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and any content (photos, logos, copy) needed to complete your project. Delays in providing materials may extend timelines.

3. Payment

Plans consist of a one-time setup fee and, where applicable, a recurring monthly fee billed in advance. The monthly plan may be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Setup fees are due before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Refunds

Setup fees cover design and development work and are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law. Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for partial months, but cancellation stops future billing immediately.

5. Ownership

Upon full payment of the setup fee you own the final website, its content, and any domain registered on your behalf. Build. retains ownership of its underlying component system, templates and internal tooling, and may reuse general design patterns and techniques — not your branding or content — in future projects.

6. Timelines

Timelines stated on this Site (such as "3–10 days") are estimates based on typical projects and timely client feedback. They are not guarantees.

7. Cancellation

Either party may cancel the monthly plan at any time. Build. may suspend or terminate Services for non-payment or violation of these Terms, with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Services are provided "as is." While we build every site for strong technical SEO performance, we do not and cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic or business outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control including search engine algorithm changes and competition.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Build.'s total liability arising from these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. Build. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is specified in a separate written agreement.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
